Everyone deserves to live their best life, free from the effects of stress, worry, anxiety, and low self-esteem. This is especially true for children and teens, who face a world filled with constant changes and challenges. Here at Be You 101 CIC, we are dedicated to helping children and teens build confidence, learn emotional regulation, naturally self-reflect, and make healthy choices. Our mission is to encourage happier, healthier young people today.
We offer several free online resources and provide in-person group workshops and programs, currently running in Surrey and Kent. At Be You 101 CIC, we believe in the power of a holistic approach to wellbeing, helping children and teens connect with their true selves and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence. Join us in our mission to foster a generation of happier, healthier young people.

Based on scientific studies from renowned psychologists and mental health workers over decades of work mindfulness, tapping, meditation and group discussions all have a profound effect on mental health and wellbeing in general. Easy-to-access workbooks are provided for their knowledge and to support you as their parent/carer.
Our goal is to help children and young people recognise their emotional state in any given moment and learn how to calm down or energise themselves to stay in a balanced state. This is not about suppressing feelings, but to understand them and work with them in a safe and supportive way.
